The Blackjack Strategy Card Counting Systems
In order to gain extra edge over the house, a special mathematical system was designed that was called the Blackjack Card Counting. The main idea of the system lies in finding out the cards left in the deck by keeping track of every card dealt. To make keeping track easy, each card was assigned a value and the card counter just added vor subtracted the value of the card dealt during the game starting from zero.

How Does the Blackjack Strategy Card Counting Work?
Before you can start applying the blackjack strategy card counting system in real game you must make sure you understand the way it works. The aim is to keep track of every card dealt to know the percentage of small and big cards in the deck to adjust your bets in order to win more and to lose less.
The count in most blackjack strategy card counting systems usually starts from zero. Regarding the cards dealt starting from the first hand, the count changes (all the small cards (2-6) are counted as +1; 7’s, 8’s and 9’s are counted as 0; all the ten valued cards and an Ace are counted as -1). The card counter keeps track of cards not only dealt to him, but all the cards dealt to every player and to the dealer.
The high positive count means that smaller cards have been dealt mostly, and the deck is full of high cards. Higher quantity of large cards is good for the player because it means that the dealer will bust more often, player is more likely to be dealt blackjack and player will receive stronger hands.
The count is high-the player is supposed to bet larger amounts of money. The count does not stop, as the player bets more when the count is high, but must start betting less when the count drops, as this means that the casino has a higher advantage.
